And, despite the fact the model was still wearing her sunglasses in the snap, many have suggested the Instagram shot is a post-sex selfie.
In fact, several have even claimed that Kelly's bare bottom is visible in the shot - although the angles and lighting make it difficult to confirm or deny this.

Another added simply: "Lol stop taking pics and go and make babies!"
The eyebrow-raising Instagram post comes shortly after the model revealed that she wants to settle down and start a family with husband-to-be David as soon as possible.
Speaking with the Daily Star, she said: "Hopefully I'll have a baby soon.
"Ultimately I am entering a new phase in my life."
