When we heard that one of our all-time favourite Love Island contestants was swapping their giant suitcase and monogrammed water bottle for some podcasting equipment, we were naturally excited. However, we didn't realise that Olivia Attwood’s podcast, So Wrong It’s Right, would become the gift that keeps on giving. She’s had a myriad of celebs sit down with her and spill their secrets; with guests like Love Island: All Stars winner Molly Smith and fellow Islander Georgia Harrison and even bona fide pop stars like Mel B. If she wants a job as an interviewer for Closer, the offer is there, Olivia.
The latest episode is no exception, and this time she's welcomed Leigh Francis, legendary sketch comedian, onto her sofa.
Leigh Francis is of course best known for hosting Celebrity Juice, where he first met besties Fearne Cotton and former This Morning host, Holly Willoughby. Or, more specifically, he is best known for being Keith Lemon on various shows, which is making it particularly difficult to refer to him as Leigh.
While many might have first been introduced to Holly when she joined This Morning, she had previously hosted kids TV programmes and appeared on multiple panel shows. It turns out that she and Leigh have had some wild times in the early days of their famous friendship, and he divulged many details to Olivia Attwood.
Although Holly and Leigh are best pals to this day, he did reveal one not-so-nice message he left for Holly many years ago.
“Me and Holly went to, remember V Festival in Chelmsford? ... And because she's Holly, she can get things for free, and she got an RV… She got one of those for free if she did a post. And we all stayed in this RV, and we were f**king drunk out of our minds.
“I remember I left early, I was with Jade Jones, Emma Bunton's husband, and we left before [Holly and the rest of the group]. And we left a message on the floor made out of bread. And it said, ‘See you later, you c***s.’ In bread. We got drunk out of our minds.”
Although it's likely that Holly might not even remember the message given the cocktail of "vodka, rum, wine, lager" they were drinking, it's good to see that it didn't tear the now 16 year friendship apart.
