But Katie's latest beau, personal trainer Kris Boyson, is reportedly refusing to put his name to it and is said to have binned the paperwork.
It's thought that Katie has already splashed a lot of cash on her 29-year-old lover.
Insiders say Katie has forked out almost £300K on lavish gifts for her toy boy, along with cash injections to boost his fitness business.
However, in an Instagram live chat last week, Kris said: 'I’ve been brought up to never let a woman pay….” implying that he is NOT with Katie for her money.

A preview for the next episode of 40-year-old Katie's show, My Crazy Life, saw her introducing Kris to her mum, and Amy didn't seem very impressed.
Katie tells the cameras: "My mum's just had enough of my exes and probably thinks he's another cling on."
Kris leans over the table to plant a kiss on Amy's cheek as she says: "Oh dear, you're a lot younger."
"I actually hoped that Katie would go for an older man this time," she tells the cameras.
