The former glamour model was left reeling in May when she discovered that her long term friend Jane, 49, had been sleeping with her husband Kieran Hayler, sometimes in Katie's own home.
According to The Sun, heavily pregnant Katie is in negotiations to sell the six bedroom home, with it's accompanying 53 acres of land.

Price bought the home in 2010 when she was with former flame Alex Reid, and it apparently became one of the locations where Kieran Hayler carried out his affair with Jane Pountney.
Allegedly the pair also had sexual relations in the stables where Katie keeps her beloved horses.
A source close to the star said: 'The stables hold very painful memories for her and she has been visiting them less and less.'

'She wants a fresh start and to forget about what happened. This sale will be a big part of that.'
Katie has shared the property with several partners, including Argentinian Leandro Penna in 2011.
On Tuesday Katie revealed that she would still consider changing her name to Katie Hayler, but that her cheating husband would have to 'prove himself first.'
