The model revealed on her Fubar radio show Tuesday morning that she is a romantic at heart, who just wants 'to be in love, have that fairytale, be the perfect wife.'

As her co-host Mark Dolan probed her further, Katie revealed she would like to take Hayler's surname, even after his infidelity has been revealed to all.
'I would love to have his surname, but my name is my brand. He'd have to prove himself before I actually had his name,' said the star.
She later admitted that she'd 'definitely' like to have two more children, although she wants to wait until her 40s to do so.

On May 7, Katie tweeted to her followers the news that she and Kieran would be divorcing, after she discovered he'd been cheating on her with her best friend.
But since news of the affair came to light, Katie has stuck by her husband of over a year, allowing him back inside their marital home.

And it seems the star is on her way to forgiving Kieran, as she commented on Tuesday she would still consider making herself Mrs Hayler.
The 36-year-old couldn't resist having a dig at former pal Jane Pountney, adding that the 49-year-old tried to mould herself into a Katie lookalike.
