Just a few months after meeting her new boyfriend JJ Slater, Closer can reveal that Katie Price is already planning their wedding.
The reality star, who has been married three times before, has even decided on the venue and has started making enquiries about their dream day.
But pals have told Closer that they’re urging the 45 year old, not to rush things.
“Katie believes JJ could be ‘The One’ – he’s told her he loves her and she’s told him she loves him,” our source says. “Given the chance, she’d marry him tomorrow.”
“JJ brought it up with Katie and has told her he wants a massive wedding. Katie agreed, and wants to walk down the aisle abroad again. They’d then have a massive party which, in true Pricey style, she’s planning on singing at.”
The news will come as a surprise to Katie’s fans, who may have heard her talking on the How To Fail podcast recently about how marrying again was the furthest thing on her mind.
She even brought up her first husband Peter Andre, 51, declaring he was the only “real deal” when it came to her marriages.
The mum-of-five told podcaster Elizabeth Day, “I’m absolutely exhausted with relationships. I’m exhausted with marriages. Although the first one, Pete, I’d like to say it was real. The second [marriages], I think, were just rebounds. And I know it’s awful to say, but they were. I just rushed them, because I just wanted that married life back.”
She continued, “Living with someone, having the life with the kids, because that’s what I had with Pete. And then relationships I’ve had after…they just end up being the same. So now, in therapy, we talk about, ‘What are the patterns that go on?’”
Katie – who has also been married to cage fighter Alex Reid, 48, and stripper Kieran Hayler, 37, added, “I have therapy all because of men.”
Katie’s last relationship with car salesman Carl Woods, 35, who proposed to her in 2021, collapsed at the end of last year amid allegations of cheating.
Meanwhile, MAFS UK star JJ, 31, was paired with Bianca Petronzi on the show last year before he parted ways with her in favour of another bride – transgender bombshell Ella Morgan – confessing that he likes women who are more “cosmetically enhanced”.
And now our source says that while Katie – who is mum to Harvey, 21, Junior, 18, Princess, 16, Jett, ten, and Bunny, nine – is undoubtedly JJ’s type, her close friends fear she could be heading for yet more heartbreak after the reality star was accused by MAFS co-star Nathanial Valentino of being “desperate to stay relevant” last week.
“Pals are worried Katie is rushing into things and that she’s in lust, not love,” our source continues. “She’ll never be over Pete – no one can give her the happiness she had with him. Despite her claims that she hates him, friends know she still mourns their marriage.”
Last week, Katie also hinted that she would like to continue with her plans to expand her family, after undergoing IVF with Carl in 2022.
She said, “If I have another baby… if, or when... I like the names Royalty, Duchess, King, Prince, Baby, Lady… I’m not even pregnant, I’m just saying.”
But, the source says, Katie’s loved ones worry she’s addicted to the “fairy tale”, not the reality.
They add, “Katie is in love with the idea of being in love – she gets a rush from the attention of being in a new relationship – but friends fear this, too, will fester and die.”

Katie arrived at Downton Abbey site Highclere Castle in a Cinderella carriage for her wedding to Peter. Sadly, the pair divorced in 2009 amid claims she cheated with her riding instructor – which she has denied. They share a son, Junior, and daughter Princess. Peter also became stepdad to Katie’s son Harvey, with ex Dwight Yorke.
Alex Reid – February 2010
Admitting that cage fighter Alex had been a “rebound” from her heartbreak over Peter, Katie’s second marriage ended less than a year after they tied the knot in Vegas. Their divorce was granted on the grounds of unreasonable behaviour, with Katie blaming Alex’s cross-dressing alter-ego, Roxanne, for contributing to their split.
Kieran Hayler – March 2013
Katie wed stripper Kieran barefoot on a beach in the Bahamas in 2013 – only to discover a year later that he’d been having an affair with her maid of honour, Jane Pountney, and had also slept with another one of her friends. Despite undergoing sex addiction therapy and renewing their vows three times, the pair divorced in 2021. They share son Jett, ten, and daughter Bunny, nine.
