Alex Reid announced the heartbreaking news on Instagram
Katie Price's ex-husband Alex Reid has revealed his fiancée Nikki Manashe has suffered a third miscarriage.
Alex posted a photo on Instagram of a quote which reads: 'We couldn't wait to hold you and now we can only hold you in our hearts', alongside the picture he opened up about the heartbreaking news and admitted he wanted to raise awareness.
He explained: "We are absolutely devastated and I wasn’t going to go public with this but I am to raise awareness.
"Next time you post a picture of your pregnant bump or your gorgeous baby think of those less fortunate. Today we lost baby number 3."

The 43-year-old went on to reveal they've been trying have have a baby "for several years" using IVF. He explained: "My first baby (yes I call every loss a baby) my ectopic baby nearly killed my fiancée and she was operated on which was life or death and lost her fallopian tube.
"After that loss we went on the IVF train, It has been the hardest emotional rollercoaster for us."

After explaining how his fiancé is struggling from their current ordeal, he wrote: "So the next time you ask someone 'why are you guys not married you have been engaged for years' or 'you guys should hurry along and get baby making' maybe think before you speak.
"Maybe that couple is spending a wedding fund on fertility treatment and maybe that couple have been trying for 4 years for a family."
He finished his Instagram post by writing: "Don’t take your babies for granted, cherish every single day from their first word to their first day at school because trust me when I say this.
"Many people would swap shoes with you to have the beautiful gift of raising a child the right way."
Alex and Nikki have been together since 2013 and a year later the pair got engaged. Alex is a dad to Dolly, six, from his previously relationship with Chantelle Houghton.
