Pregnant Katie Piper has revealed that she will be forced to have a caesarean with her second baby because of the scarring on her stomach from the 2008 acid attack.
Katie, 33, happily announced her second pregnancy in June after expressing fears that she wouldn't be able to have another child due to the scarring.
And whilst she has thankfully been able to conceive a second time, Katie, who gave birth to her first child, Belle, in 2014, will sadly not be able to give birth naturally.
The businesswoman, who married her husband Richard Sutton in 2015, told MailOnline that she was "restricted" in her birthing plan, but was staying upbeat about the prospect.
She said: "I'm a bit restricted because I have a medical problem, I have scar tissue in my stomach. Last time I had to have a Caesarean so I think I have to follow the same birthing plan as last time.
But Katie was determined to stay positive: "But its fine, it wasn't traumatic or anything so I'm kind of geared up for it. I'm excited. I'm not nervous about operations or medical treatments. It's all positive, it's going to be a great time."

Katie added that she was due at Christmas, saying: "Christmas is a magical time anyway but it's going to be all the more special this year."
What a perfect Christmas present!
Katie opened up about explaining her scars to her daughter earlier this year, admitting that her questions had come earlier than she was expecting.
Speaking to The Sun's Fabulous magazine, she said: "She asks about the scars and I explain, 'Mummy got burnt.' She's recently started asking about it, which I thought was so early.
"Sometimes she'll ask if it hurts and I tell her it used to, but not any more. When I go into hospital for operations on my nose she'll come with me, and she has her own little doctor's kit.
"She'll say things like, 'Your tubes are so cool!' She thinks they are similar to jewellery and she'll ask where her tubes are."
What an inspirational woman.
