The controversial Twitter star- who first hit the headlines after getting a boob job off the NHS- as recently been pictured with a new boyfriend, and the couple might already be expecting their first child together.
The 24-year-old tweeted: "I'm scared THREE pregnancy tests showed positive, two negative and others inconclusive.
"Dr said an inaccurate positive is very rare unless it's early menopause or a health concern! Whys nothing simple?" Anyone had same problem? [sic]"
One follower asked her who the father could be, to which she replied: "The guy I've been seeing for two months maybe???"
A rep for Josie told the Mirror: "As Josie has received both positive and negative test results, we are not 100% clear on what the situation is.
Josie's GP has explained that an inaccurate positive result is extremely rare and could be the signs of an early menopause."
The former escort’s latest shocking news comes after she revealed the father of her baby will find out his status when he receives a Christmas card with daughter Grace’s DNA results.
