In case you missed it, former glamour model Jodie Marsh revealed on Twitter last week that her sudden split from husband James Placido had not been the friendliest.
In fact, she revealed to Twitter that he’d threatened her after having already taken '10K worth of stuff' from her home.
And after this, in true Jodie style, she told the world she will no longer be silenced by her ex lover, giving a glimpse into what he was really like behind the loved-up Instagram snaps.
And showing just how ready she was to cut James out of her life, Jodie posted this snap to Instagram:
Yep, the fitness fanatic has only gone and cut James’ head out the shot – even blurring around his neckline so his face doesn't spoil her throwback snap.

That was not long after she posted this warning meme to her account:
On her Twitter, she’s even said that James will ‘probably end up in prison,’ as she sadly revealed she doesn’t think she could ever trust anyone again.
She wrote: “I was literally the perfect wife. The things he's done however...... Aside from having a criminal record I mean....”
“But on a serious note he's also a worry to me and to others. The truth will come out......”
After her claims, we are yet to hear from James, but Jodie has taken to Twitter to warn anyone against seeking his side.
She wrote:
“He hasn't got a single bad thing to say about me so he'd have to lie to sell a story. Then I'd sue them...”
But we’re happy that the 37-year-old has explained she’s not sad at the split at all, but relieved.
Giving the impression she got away from the relationship in the nick of time, she wrote:
Don’t give up on love yet, Jodie! The right one is out there somewhere, we promise.
