Jeremy McConnell actually fell for Stephanie Davis in the house but didn't expect to
Jeremy McConnell reportedly wanted an entirely different romance as a result of his Celebrity Big Brother appearance – he was originally eyeing up Megan McKenna.
According to Jeremy’s friend and former Beauty School Cop Outs co-star Tara Omidi, the Irish model had set his sights on Megan before going into the house.
Tara told the Daily Star Online: "I think originally he thought, 'I’ll go in there and I’ll try and get this showmance with Megan.'
"Because before he even got into the house he was mentioning Megan. I thought, 'Why would you even go on about that before you’ve even gone in there and know if you fancy her?'"
However, Tara says that after meeting his fellow housemates, Jeremy decided to steer clear of Megan after seeing her get close to Geordie Shore star Scotty T.
She said: "As soon as he’s gone in there he’s seen Megan likes Scotty and thought, 'Actually Stephanie’s all right.

And Tara claims Jeremy even used the same moves to try and get close to her as he did Stephanie.
She said: "Everything he did in that Big Brother house, even down to the lines he was saying like, ‘It’s not just friendship, it’s love’, he used the exact same lines on me.
"It was literally like he wrote the lines down, put them in his pocket and took them into the Diary Room and read it off the paper but about Stephanie."
