After literally a YEAR of speculation*, Jeremy McConnell has finally confirmed that he is, in fact, the father of Stephanie Davis' baby.
(*Even though we knew it was him all along.)
The Irish model has been hankering for a paternity test since Stephanie announced the baby was his back in May last year, and it seems as though he's had a positive result after posting a gorgeous photo of Caben-Albi, who was born on January 13, on Instagram and captioning it: "Happiest man alive , my new focus ❤️🐵"
Even though neither Stephanie nor Jeremy have officially confirmed the paternity test, this seems to be a pretty solid statement.
There's also that fact that Stephanie has now followed Jeremy back on Twitter.
WE KNOW.
The ex-Hollyoaks star sent out the peace offering yesterday afternoon after Jeremy uploaded the photo of her little boy.
This will come as a welcome relief to fans who have been calling for the pair to put their differences aside for the sake of baby Caben.
Stephanie and Jeremy met whilst both appearing on Celebrity Big Brother in January 2016. Steph cheated on her boyfriend, Sam Reece, with Jeremy whilst in the house and they continued their relationship once they were both out too.
Of course, there were cheating allegations flying about all over the place, but Stephanie then dropped the bombshell back in May that she was pregnant with Jeremy's child.
Since then, the two have absolutely slated each other publicly and Jeremy denied over and over that he was the baby's father.
Things came to a head for the pair when Jeremy took a paternity test on This Morning, with Steph releasing an official statement on Twitter a couple of hours after the show.
She has since deleted the statement.
We're sure Steph will be pleased that she's finally been proved right!
