The former Hollyoaks star met Irish model Jeremy during their time on Celebrity Big Brother 2016.
She famously ditched her then-boyfriend Sam Reece, insisting that what she had with Jezzer was, in fact, true love.
However the duo, despite enjoying a famously up-and-down relationship, went their separate ways when it was rumoured that Stephanie had spent the evening at a mystery soap star’s house, after cheating on Jeremy with him for months - a claim which she has strenuously denied.
She later told Spin 103.8: “I fell out with my family, I lost everything, I didn’t have anyone. Then he accused me and left me…
“I gave up everything for love really, just to be heartbroken…
"I just feel like I’ve got no-one, and the one person I needed was Jez.”
Now it seems as if there may be something more to their breakup, as Stephanie has seemingly claimed on Instagram that she was pregnant with Jeremy McConnell’ baby.
In a screenshot of an Instagram comment reportedly left on a photo of her former beau, the 23-year-old seemingly says: "Yeah loved him unconditionally, after a week of hell and late phone calls and pain he's caused I still kept my phone so I could help him.
“Find out I'm pregnant and he says he doesn't love me anymore and blocked.”
She added: “Heartbroken. Pain I can't understand or deal with is what I'm going through now. Utter heart break."
The post, a screenshot of which has been obtained by The Sun, continues:
"Utter heart break. He never wanted a smaller in a broken home ... He won't be there only for the baby ... Not me.
"I'm@ledt with motoring/empty depair and truly empty [sic].
"Pain I could never describe."
Stephanie’s sensational Instagram message has since been deleted from her account and there is no definite proof it came from her.
