Holly Willoughby has upset her neighbours because of this unusual reason
It looks like the lovable Holly Willoughby has upset neighbours after she and her husband Dan Baldwin hung a Union Jack flag outside of their house.
Yes, really.
The This Morning presenter has a large tower at the top of her house with a flagpole on top and the patriotic presenter has proudly shown off the United Kingdom flag, but some people who live near her are annoyed about it.
The yummy mummy has a £3 million home in London and lives there with her husband Dan and three children – Harry, eight, Belle, six and Chester, two - but some of her neighbours think the patriotic act is "not really becoming of the area."
One neighbor who is unimpressed with Holly told The Mirror: "We don't hang the Union Jack or St George flag outside our properties, so why should she?
"It’s in one of the most desirable streets, we're either Conservatives or Liberal Democrats in this area traditionally, not BNP."
Eek!
Most of the houses in Holly's area average at around £2.5 million. Yes, £2.5 million.
Oh how the other half live…
This isn't the first time the 36-year-old presenter has had problems with the locals. Last year, Holly and Dan planned to extend their house by attaching a two-storey building to it but they were rejected by the council after they received objection letters.
The other residents reason for complaining was because Holly's extension would "compromise the character and appearance of the building."
Well that's awkward.
