As many fans of ITV’s This Morning will already know, Jodie Marsh had sat down with Phillip Schofield and Holly Willoughby to open up about her marriage, which recently broke down after eight months.

The reality star and bodybuilder insisted that she didn’t want to speak about estranged husband James Placido, before adding: “I’m not going to talk about the disaster that was my marriage other than I am very embarrassed."

However, while the interview in itself was very interesting, many viewers were distracted by the fact that Jodie had lipstick on her teeth.

And it wasn’t long before they had flooded Twitter with comments about the 37-year-old’s beauty faux pas.

Poor Jodie.

While the lipstick incident was obviously nobody’s fault (hey, we’ve all been there!), some people have decided to point the finger squarely at…

Well, at Holly Willoughby.

Yup, apparently the television presenter has ‘broken girl code’ by letting Jodie continue speaking on live tv with purple teeth.

Eep!

Another user wrote: “Poor Jodie Marsh being on this morning and having lipstick on her teeth! Shame on you Holly for not saying something!”

And one more added: “Maybe Holly could've told her she had lipstick all over her teeth before the interview ended.”

It seems as if Jodie wasn’t too happy with her interview either, filming a video of her own entitled ‘Was the girl code broken yesterday?’

She was more upset about the fact the interview was focused on her past as opposed to her future, but she did take a moment to comment on the fact that “someone should have told me”.

Despite this, she was able to laugh off the incident - and focused on talking about her future plans to have a baby of her own via sperm donor.

Holly Willoughby, meanwhile, hasn’t responded to the comments.

Do you think that Holly Willoughby broke the girl code yesterday?
