Holly Willoughby has opened up about what she's doing to celebrate her 40th birthday and it turns out she recently had to change her plans.
Speaking about the big 4-0 on This Morning, Holly told viewers, "Tomorrow night I would have been having a big birthday party that I had to cancel."

The mum-of-three opened up about her change of plans on the show, "It's obviously going to be looking a bit different, and it's fine.
"In the grand scheme of life as long as I've got cake and a drink I will be happy."

Pointing to a table of treats in the ITV studios, co-host Phillip Schofield made an attempt to set Holly at ease, telling her, "Have a Wotsit - happy birthday."
"Aw thanks, darling," replied Holly.

Last week, Holly revealed that, instead of her "big" celebration, she would in fact be having a get together over Zoom with all her showbiz pals.

Sharing a rare insight intoher life with her kids Harry, Belle and Chester, Holly posted a photo of herself and her youngest son reading a phonics book, alongside the caption, "Eat, Sleep, Read, Repeat... 📚."
