This is inspiring.
Hilaria Baldwin, who gave birth to her third child (little Leonardo Ángel Charles Baldwin) with husband Alec Baldwin a mere couple of days ago, has shared a picture of her post-baby body to try and promote 'healthy self esteem' and silence the stigma surrounding post pregnancy bodies.
Captioning the picture on Instagram, she wrote: "I took this yesterday when Leonardo was about 24 hours old. I did the same thing right after Rafael was born.
"It always makes me a bit nervous to do something like this, but I feel that in the age of such strong body shaming, I want to do all that I can to normalise a real body and promote healthy self esteem.
Adding that she will have a positive approach to losing her baby weight, Hilaria added: "Many of you know that I love to show the process of life's experiences on the body and I am a firm believer in how a good diet and the right balance of exercise make us happy, healthy, and strong."
Quick to silence any incoming critics for using a filter, she also sassily quipped: "Oh, and no filter. Just brightened it up a bit."
What a woman!
The mother-of-three has also been sharing plenty of pictures and videos of her beloved newborn - including this adorable video of her eldest daughter Carmen cradelling her little brother.
So lovely.
