Big Brother winner Helen Wood has defended herself against accusations of bullying, following former housemate Denise Welch's criticism of the result on Twitter.
Speaking to the Daily Star, Helen hit back at the former Loose Women panellist: "I shouldn't really respond to someone like Denise Welch when she's in her 50s and she goes on Big Brother, gets absolutely lashed and gets in hot tubs with teenage boys with her t*ts out."
Adding that Welch was "entitled to her opinion", she continued: "I'm not a bully, I'm hot headed and there's a big difference. People need to look up the definition to the word bully and I'm not it.
"My only regrets in the house were that I spent far too long trying to be nice to people that were adamant they never liked me, and they were never going to make any effort back."
Denise responded to Helen's comments with a dose of her dry sense of humour, attaching a definition of the word 'bully' to a tweet.
Meanwhile Helen retweeted a response of her own, writing: 'My attitude will always be based on how you treat me.'
Helen also tweeted: "What is this Bullying b*ocks about? I'm the first to admit I sound & act like a wker, there's a HUGE difference between that & bullying!"

Helen also praised runner-up Ashleigh Coyle for her "gracious" behaviour following the result.
"I wish her all the luck in the world, she's an absolutely gorgeous girl and she will go far," she said of the 18-year-old.
"She was very humble and very gracious toward me winning and I really respect her for that, and it was really genuine. She should be proud of herself."
