We suspected there had been drama in the Girls Aloud camp but now Nadine Coyle has not only confirmed it, but has gone into major detail about the divide in the girlband.
The singer, who is about to relaunch her solo career, spoke to The Sun and lifted the lid on what was really going on behind the scenes.
According to Nadine, Cheryl, Nicola Roberts and Kimberley Walsh were jealous that she was considered to be the strongest vocalist in the group and this caused huge tension between the five girls.
Nadine explained: “It was fine at the start but there’s always politics in any band.
“It just happened that I always got more vocals than everybody else.
"And it made people, very bitter. They didn’t like that.”
Not sure they're going to like hearing this either...
The mother of one also talked about how she was shocked to discover the other girls wanted to split for good after their sold out 2013 ten year anniversary tour, a subject that is already a bone of contention between her and Cheryl.
And Nadine also had an opinion on whether former bandmate Sarah Harding should go on Celebrity Big Brother and despite admitting to watching the reality show in the end, she had told Sarah not to do it.
She said: “I was petrified. She called to tell me she was doing it and my immediate thing was, ‘Don’t. Absolutely not. Why? Stop this immediately. Retract, retract. Don’t do it. Just don’t do it. We’ll go on a holiday. I’m going to Spain, come’."
Nadine and Sarah may still be friends but it seems there's litte chance of that Girls Aloud reunion we've all been hoping for...
