Gemma Collins bravely soldiered on after hurting herself by falling down a trapdoor on stage in front of thousands of people at the Teen Awards.
We've all been there - falling over in a hugely embarrassing situation is just part of life, unfortunately.
Admittedly, not many of us do it in front of millions of people whilst presenting an award.
But not everyone has the good grace of Gemma Collins to be able to soldier on and even see the funny side - despite seriously hurting herself.

Gemma was presenting the award for best TV show at the BBC Radio 1 Teen Awards yesterday at London's SSE Arena, which went to Love Island.
As the stars of the show were raised up through a trap door in the floor, Gemma wasn't aware of this and started dancing to the song playing over the top.
She lost her footing and fell down the hole - taking most of the winners with her due to the angle that she fell at.
But whilst most people may have slunk off stage and thrown a strop, good-natured Gemma got straight back up there - despite hurting herself quite seriously.
The TOWIE star was picked up by Jamie Jewitt and Marcel Somerville, who were there to accept the award, who then helped her to her feet.
Gemma hilariously addressed the 12,500 attendees of the concert, saying: "Oh my god. Guys sorry about that. This is live, this is what happens!"
Later on, she was interviewed by show hosts Rita Ora and Nick Grimshaw, who asked whether she was ok.
In true Gemma style, she said: "Do you know what, apart from stacking it on stage? I’m having the best time of my life!"

And Gemma could definitely see the funny side, taking to her Twitter and Instagram to post hilarious tweets and images.
The first was a meme that was created using the National Accident Helpline slogan.
Then she posted a selfie with Rita Ora, and captioned it: "Guys it was all worth it cause I got a selfie with RITA ORA #lifegoals 💖🔥💖 off to bed now I’m in agony and need to rest 😢😢😢💖🔥💖"

She also posted a video of herself on stage before the now infamous incident, captioning it: "So Wembley stadium people screaming my name and it was just OMG the best ans worst moment of my LIFE ✌🏻I’ve always compared myself to Bridget Jones now this confirms it everyone ! Madonna stacks it I stack it 😝 guys I am ok and the show must go on ✌🏻😝✌🏻 it’s gone VIRAL #teenawards."
We literally love how committed to the cause Gemma is!
She even tweeted to reassure fans she was ok.
Gemma also appeared on This Morning earlier today, telling Amanda Holden and Ben Shephard: "I must say I’m in a bit of shock still. But I have found the whole experience absolutely hilarious. However, I am in a bit of pain this morning, I’m not going to lie."
Gemma explained that the accident could have taken a very serious turn for the worse: "The seriousness of it is... What people don’t see under there there’s all machinery going on.
"I just wish I hadn’t got so excited and spun round to give them an award. They were screaming, ‘Get her up, get her up – her legs are going to be crushed’ because the platform underneath was raising up and my legs were dangling over the end of it. So thank you to two Love Island guys. The poor girl there nearly got totally crushed. There was nothing of her.
"Because the three Love Island guys were coming up on the stage. I just want to apologise, as I wiped them out. They had to go and see the paramedics afterwards. You have to dust yourself off.
"I carried on. I did give them the award and I went on to present with Rita and Grimmy. It’s one of those moments I’m never going to live down! Where there’s blame there’s a claim! Yes, I’m in pain but the show has to go on guys!"
The trooper even added that she was going to film TOWIE straight after their interview: "I’m off to TOWIE filming now. So there’s no rest for the wicked. It was my left side. I have a bit of a booty going on. Thank god for that, it has protected me. I have a bruised left bum cheek right now."
