She’s undergone a dramatic transformation since first starring on TOWIE in 2013, famously getting a nose job in 2016 and slimming from a size 12 to an 8 after the birth of her daughter Sunday in November 2017
But enjoying a night out in London recently, fans couldn’t help but be shocked by Ferne McCann’s very plump pout. One wrote online, “How can anyone think lips that overfilled are attractive?” While another said, “She’s looking like a duck!”

Ferne, 28, has previously shot down rumours of lip filler, insisting in 2016 that her plump pout was the result of clever make-up. She said, “I think because there’s that craze of people having their lips done, people put me in that group – and I don’t want to be in that group.”
She was also forced to deny she’d boosted her pout during her pregnancy, insisting on Instagram, “As if I would get lip filler whilst I was pregnant.”
Speaking recently on her show, First Time Mum, she said, “I’m setting the record straight. I’ve tightened my teeth and I had a nose job… that’s it.”
But surgeon Mark Ho-Asjoe believes Ferne’s lips have had cosmetic help. He tells Closer, “Her lips look much plumper and that is likely from filler or silicone lip implants. Either way, she’s had cosmetic work for sure.
