Strictly Come Dancing is back on our screens tonight and while we couldn't be more excited, it seems the show's stars are feeling the pressure.
Gemma Atkinson says she is 'mortified' by the sexy routines and now Ruth Langsford has also expressed her fears about stepping out onto the famous dance floor.
Speaking to press including The Sun Online at a launch event, the This Morning presenter said she was definitely feeling the nerves.
She explained: "I had a real jitter.
"Then every negative thought I could possibly think about doing Strictly suddenly was there.
"I was thinking I haven’t trained enough, I’m too fat, I’m too old, I’m too busy, I can’t do it."
Awwww, bless her! We love you Ruth!
The Loose Women star, who announced her participation live on This Morning, has regularly expressed her desire to take part in Strictly so she was no doubt thrown by bookies only giving her 66/1 odds to win 2017's series.
The 57-year-old claimed this didn't worry her too much, however, and with the support of husband Eamonn Holmes she was determined to enjoy herself.
The star explained: "Eamonn was fantastic as soon as I mentioned it.
"He said 'Do it! Do it! It doesn't matter what else you're doing, just grab it'.
"If I hadn't, I'd have always wondered what I'd have been like on Strictly."
We say, 'go for it Ruth!' We'll be supporting you all the way!
