Lauren Goodger confirmed she had split from convict boyfriend Joey Morrison last week and during an appearance on Loose Women today, the pressure was clearly getting to her.
The former TOWIE star opened up to the ITV show's panellists about the break up and also about the pressure she feels to stay in shape, thanks to her life in the spotlight.

Lauren admitted the struggles in her personal life were having a negative impact on her state of mind with the 30-year-old getting emotional as she talked about her unhappiness.
She said: "This is so hard to talk about. I just feel really under a lot of strain.
"I don’t know why I’m crying, I just feel like I can focus on me again and just come out of it all."
Lauren also confessed that being in a relationship with jailed Joey was not only "draining" but put her under a lot of pressure, although she was now feeling positive about moving forward.
The reality star revealed: "My friends and family are glad I’ve split with Joey. It’s been too much. I’m going to concentrate on my career."
And it wasn't just the subject of her ex-boyfriend that caused Lauren to become upset. She also talked about the way the media make her feel about her body and appearance.
She said: "They make me feel massive."
The Loose Women were quick to support the emotional star, however, with Stacey Solomon offering advice on how to cope.
Stacey said: "Realise your own self worth. You’re a beautiful girl, learn to love you."
