OMG! Shaun Williamson – aka EastEnders' infamous character Barry Evans – is reportedly heading into the Celebrity Big Brother house
EastEnders fans we've got some exciting news for you Shaun Williamson, who played the infamous Barry Evans, is going onto Celebrity Big Brother.
We are so excited for the new series to start especially now that we know Shaun is heading into the house. A source confirmed the exciting news and said: "Celebrity Big Brother bosses are delighted to have Shaun as part of the line-up.
"He played an iconic character and everyone recognises him.
"Soap fans will love him in the house and he's going to go down a storm with viewers," they told The Sun.
Barry went through a lot of drama on the square bless him; from always seeking approval from his dad Roy to discovering his wife Natalie was having an affair with Ricky Butcher.
He then went on to marry Janine Butcher (who was only using him for his money) and he got the shock of his life when he realised she didn't love him. The last time we saw Barry on Eastenders was up that cliff with his wife Janine, shortly before she pushed him off and killed him.
