James Bye - better known to EastEnders fans as Martin Fowler - is definitely one of the most entertaining soapstars to follow on Twitter.
From frequent updates about his aversion to avocados, to sweet posts about his little family, we’ve seen him banter with fans and his co-stars alike.
But one of his more recent Twitter posts DEFINITELY caught our eye above all others.
Why?
Because it featured a very fresh-faced James from waaaaaay back in 2006, when he enjoyed a brief stint on The Bill.
And we barely recognised him.
Check it out:
He looks downright ADORABLE, doesn’t he?
James captioned the photo as: “The Bill in 2006!! #TBT #babyface”
Fans soon flocked to have their say on the pic, with one writing: “This episode was on drama last week.
“You looked so young.”
Another added: “Wow! I didn't recognise you then until I looked closely!”
And one commented sweetly: “You look sooooo young, James. Must say glad you came to EastEnders; you’re the best Martin they have had.”
They added: “Hope Baby Bye sleeps well for you btw.”
They are, of course, referencing the fact that James and his wife, Victoria, revealed back in February that they were expecting their second child together.
The 31-year-old had waited until the later stages of his wife’s second pregnancy before confirming the happy news to the press.
And he made sure to thank EastEnders for helping him to prepare for his little bundle of joy.
Opening up about working with baby Arthur, the real-life Martin Fowler told OK! Magazine: “Working with a newborn baby on the EastEnders set has got me excited for our own baby's arrival.
"As Edward's two I'd forgotten how small newborns are.”
James added that he’d love to have even more children once his new son arrives.
"We'll keep going until we get a whole football team," he said, adding that his toddler, Edward couldn’t wait to become a big brother.
As Victoria announced back in March that she was overdue, we have a feeling that congratulations are probably in order for the cute couple sometime soon…
