In this week's Closer Magazine, insiders say Lauren Goodger has vowed to get back in shape after being targeted by trolls and admits her boyfriend Joey Morrison has really helped her through the latest backlash...

She looked happy and content as she hit V Festival in Essex with friends a fornight ago, dressed in a black bodysuit and hotpants.

But shortly afterwards Lauren Goodger fell victim to cruel body shaming once again, who taunted her over her size 12 curves.

One cruel critic said: "Tree trunk alert! I can't unsee it! Ugh, horrible!" while another added: "She's a beast!"

Lauren quickly took to Twitter to vent her hurt and frustration against the nasty backlash - posting a picture of herself when she was a size 8 in 2015 and writing: “I would love to be underweight how I was then maybe they give me a break but they didn't even was I was like this .. what do I do guys [sic]."

A source says: "Lauren's a strong girl but she hates being bullied by people she doesn't even know about her weight. She's gained half a stone recently and isn't feeling as confident in herself so she just feels like she's being constantly knocked when she's already down.

She's been feeling really tearful and just wants it to stop. Lauren's saying she won't let the bullies break her and that she will lose the weight so she can prove everyone wrong again."
