Real Housewives of Cheshire star Deborah Davies has opened up about her 1.5 stone weight loss after dropping 20lbs in just two months in a bid to get back to her pre-pandemic shape.
The psychic medium, who joined the cast of the ITVBe reality show earlier this year for its 13th series, isn’t stopping there either as she’s aiming to lose another three stone.
Debbie revealed she overhauled her “old-fashioned” and “hearty” lockdown diet and ditched red meat in favour of pescatarian meals, which alongside her active lifestyle, have helped her lose weight.
She told OK!, "In March 2020 we had an AGA delivered so all the way through lockdown I was making the most amazing meals and eating them all. Then suddenly the show came along and I had been living in leggings for a year and eating loads of gorgeous food!
"My husband Pete is 6"4. He is a big guy and can eat a lot of food and I was matching him. I thought, 'no, I need to get myself back on track’.
"I have just been more active as well so I haven’t really had to work really hard at losing the weight it just kind of came off but I am going to keep it up because I want to get my old self back."

"I am sure some people would have turned it down until they lost the weight but that is not me. I think that it is good for everybody to just embrace yourself and love the skin that you are in because you only have one body."

In other RHOC news, Hanna Kinsella has opened up about going undergoing a bit of nip and tuck in a candid Instagram Q&A.
The mum-of-one, who gave birth to her son Maximus earlier this year, was answering questions from fans when one asked if she’d “had her lips done”.
Hanna replied, “Yes! Although a lot of you been commenting on them saying they looked ridiculous…must admit that was just a cheeky filter that I think did enlarge them 🤦♀️🙈🙈🙈 filter = deleted.
"But @drmartinkinsella at @re_enhance does do my lips but believe it or now I haven’t had them done since before pregnancy! But Martin is hands down the BEST at lips."
