Danielle Lloyd has been accused by Nicola McLean and Maria Fowler of faking surprise after getting a baby scan during an appearance on Loose Women.

Recent Celebrity Big Brother housemate Nicola and former The Only Way Is Essex Maria star believe all is not as it seems.

The pair took to Twitter after watching model Danielle on the daytime show on Friday to say they thought she feigned surprise after being told the sex of her unborn child.

Loose Women panellist Nadia Sawalha revealed whether she was having a boy or a girl to Danielle by giving her a blue balloon.

The reality star, who is already mother to three boys, exclaimed: “I’m so happy! I’m going to be overrun with boys! I’m excited now! At least I know I can prepare for another messy boy!”

But TOWIE star Maria tweeted to say she thought Danielle was already aware of the baby’s sex and retweeted a picture posted by a pregnancy clinic in which she can be seen posing with the midwives. The image has since been deleted.

Nicola and Maria were quick to take to their social media pages, posting sarcastic messages to express their disbelief but Danielle was quick to stand her ground.

Before announcing she was expecting another baby, Danielle previously told Closer she would love to have a little girl.

“I bloody better get my girl!” she said. “I went to see a psychic recently and she said it would be a girl, so we’re thrilled. I can’t cope with another boy.”

Danielle’s reaction this week suggested she’s had a change of heart.
