Coronation Street star Kym Marsh reportedly caused a stir at a London hotel the other week after returning from the National Television Awards.
Kym was staying at the Intercontinental Hotel in London when she shocked guests and onlookers with her behaviour towards the staff.
The actress, who plays Michelle Connor in Corrie, reportedly lost her temper with hotel staff when the key to her hotel room would not work.
According to The Sun an onlooker explained: "Kym had come back from the National Television Awards and gone out for a cigarette.
But when she got back to her room the key wouldn't work. Staff wouldn't let her in the room without ID but she didn’t have any on her.
"She was pretty unimpressed, to say the least, and caused a bit of a scene."
Kym also apparently asked the cringeworhty question 'don't you know who I am?' during the spat.
Ooh-er.
Kym has recently received praise for her latest storyline in the soap which saw her and on-screen hubby, Steve McDonald, lose their baby to a stillbirth at 23 weeks pregnant.
An event which almost exactly mirrors Kym's own heart-breaking experience.
In 2009, Kym gave birth to a son, named Archie, by ex-partner Jamie Lomas. Archie was born prematurely at just 21 weeks, and tragically died shortly after.
Speaking to OK! Magazine, Kym opened up about the role, saying: "I thought long and hard before agreeing to take on the challenge of this storyline. It is obviously a cause very close to my heart having lost my beautiful Archie at 21 weeks and 5 days. I discussed it with my family and friends, all of who were very supportive.
"In the end I felt it was an important story to tell in order to raise awareness of something which affects thousands of women every year. I have had to go to some very dark places in my mind whilst filming these heartbreaking scenes but my family, friends and colleagues have been incredible."
