Last month Paula Lane (who played Kylie Platt) left ITV's popular soap Coronation Street after being killed by the thug Clayton. Even though viewers were devastated with her death, she revealed that she was happy with her exit.

Last month she gave birth to her daughter, and she shared her news on Twitter, writing: "She's here! The latest addition to the Shaw clan is doing great. @SirTomShaw and I are feeling blessed and very lucky."

The actress and her husband Tom Shaw – who married two years ago - were already parents to their 20-month-old son, Arthur, and for the past month they have kept their daughter's name under wraps ... until now.

The mum-of-two confessed to OK! Magazine that her daughter is called Penny Grace Shaw.

How cute!

She also revealed that the couple are "taking things one day at a time."

She added: "We're living in a bubble at the moment, getting used to having two children under the age of two."

Paula previously announced that she was taking a break from acting to spend time with her daughter. The 30-year-old told OK! Magazine: "I feel like I've got to nurture this new baby. Arthur only had 11 weeks with me before I went back to work.

"I've done six years of solid work so I think I owe it to myself to have a natural break."

We hope you enjoy your well-deserved break with your family Paula.
