Mum-of-four Coleen Rooney showcases an incredible figure following a sugar-free health kick motivated by her footballer husband Wayne's recent dramas
She diverted attention away from her recent marriage woes last week when she showed off her incredible bikini body during a holiday in Barbados with husband Wayne Rooney and their four boys.
And insiders reveal that Coleen Rooney has lost 8lbs in the past month after adopting a sugar-free diet and throwing herself into abs-focused workouts, including Pilates with a new personal trainer.

Pals say that Coleen, 32 – who gave birth to her fourth son, Cass, in February last year – was largely motivated by negative headlines following Wayne’s most recent indiscretions.
He enjoyed a 10-hour boozing session in Florida with a barmaid last month, despite having promised to remain on the straight and narrow following his drink-drive shame with party girl Laura Simpson in 2017.
A source says: "When she’s endured difficult times with Wayne before, Coleen would often comfort eat. But she was determined not to go down that road.
"After these latest stories about Wayne, she decided to take control by prioritising a super-healthy lifestyle. She hired a new nutritionist to help her cut out sugar, and switched to a low-carb diet of salads with fish or chicken and just lemon juice for dressing, asparagus-stuffed chicken breasts, courgette noodles and lots of sushi dishes with steamed vegetables instead of rice.
"She’s been snacking on almonds, berries, edamame beans and crudités. For breakfast, she’ll either have poached eggs and turkey bacon, or a protein shake before she starts her workouts. She feels great."
Pals say the star, who also shares Kai, nine, Klay, five, and Kit, three, with the footballer, wanted to overhaul her fitness regime following the family’s move to Washington last summer.
Last month, she enlisted a personal trainer, who she asked to help her "get a washboard stomach" and in the process dropped from a size 10 to her current size 8.
The source adds: "Coleen upped her workouts to twice a day, she’s been doing HIIT [high-intensity interval training] routines, resistance training with weights, and Pilates, which has toned her core. Her trainer also pushes her to do at least 100 sit-ups a day."

And Coleen has also been putting in extra hours in the gym with Wayne by her side, which pals have said is helping to strengthen their bond.
The source says: "She’s had Wayne join her in doing daily cardio at their home gym. She wants him to see the amazing shape she’s in to remind him how good he’s got it to have a wife like her. He’s very proud and has been encouraging and supportive.
"Coleen’s been killing it in the gym and sticking to her diet. She’s so happy with the results, it’s made her feel more confident and independent – she sees this as a revenge body because knows Wayne thinks she looks sensational and he can’t believe how he nearly messed everything up again."
