Coleen Nolan, Loose Women presenter and singer, has cancelled her upcoming solo tour, Never Too Late, and Loose Women appearances until further notice, saying she is "not strong enough" to go through with them at this time
She described the “horrifying torrent of abuse” of the backlash to the row as why she had to cancel plans.
The hiatus comes after her row with How Clean Is Your House star Kim Woodburn, for which Ofcom received over 7,000 complaints.
Having only announced the tour at the weekend, the cancellation has come as a surprise to many fans, with Coleen retweeting messages on from those who had booked tickets.
A statement from her team reads:
“Following the constant online bullying, trolling and misrepresentation of her words and reactions, it is with sad regret that Coleen is taking an immediate hiatus from all her current commitments including Loose Women and postponing her Never Too late solo concert tour.
“Coleen is devastated to let her supporters and fans down, but is currently not strong enough to withstand this constant unfounded online abuse, so she will be taking time out and spending it with her children and family where she feels loved and respected.”

Coleen earlier this week said that she wouldn’t be taking a break from Loose Women, but this announcement means she has now gone back on this decision.
Kim Woodburn had been invited on the show to try and build bridges with Coleen. The two had an existing feud from a previous series of Celebrity Big Brother. Seriously, the drama that comes with that show (we love it).
However, the reconciliation didn’t quite go to plan, with a teary Kim storming off set after arguing with the panel, with Coleen calling her “lying trash” and a “piece of filth”. OUCH!
