After behaving erratically in Ibiza, TOWIE star Chloe Sims opens up about her battle with anxiety in this week's Closer Magazine. Here's a preview...
Her bizarre behaviour in Ibiza sparked concern last week, and Chloe Sims has revealed that the pressures of being a single mum can play havoc with her anxiety.
Chloe was filmed stumbling around in a red leotard that exposed her bottom, and the star appeared dazed and confused following a 12-hour drinking session on holiday in Ibiza.
After the footage went online, Chloe, 34, told Closer that bringing up daughter Madison, 12, alone had fuelled her battle with anxiety and, combined with drinking alcohol, it all got too much.
The star, who has battled with depression, says: “I have higher levels of anxiety and, at the moment, I’m feeling quite edgy and uncomfortable. I’m a single mum and I haven’t got my own mum to lean on.”
Chloe also opened up about her difficult past, and said, “I never knew my mum and was fostered for 10 years, and then I was with my dad and his wife. I moved out on my 17th birthday and I had to pay bills and rent. I then got pregnant when I was 22. I don’t remember being told that I was loved every day or feeling wanted growing up.”
Battling body hang-ups over the years, the 5ft 7 star had a boob job to go to a size 34DD when she was 25 but, unhappy with how they looked, she had another op four years later, which took her to an EE.
She adds: “I haven’t got a flat stomach and I’ve got cellulite there, and that’s why I went out in Ibiza in a leotard rather than a revealing bikini.”
