Pregnancy rumours hit fever pitch last week when Cheryl stepped out at a party in Paris sporting a noticeably fuller figure.
An onlooker tells Closer magazine: "All eyes were on her at the event and many people noticed she looked a little bigger. Cheryl seemed keen to only be pictured from certain angles."
Meanwhile, sources say that Cheryl is thrilled after being told last week that her split from second husband Jean-Bernard Fernandez-Versini should be finalised almost a year after the pair separated, and she is keen to tie the knot again.
An insider reveals: "Cheryl has heard she'll only be waiting another two months before her divorce is finalized. She can't wait to be free to get on with her new life with Liam.
"She's a traditional girl and has said she wants to marry before they have a baby together."
