Cheryl has let slip that she lost her Chihuahua Coco last week, who she bought with her ex-husband Ashley Cole.
The Girls Aloud star, who appeared for the first time in public on Saturday since giving birth, tweeted a fan who’d lost their pet dog admitting that her pooch had also died recently.
The singer wrote: "Girl dogs are always so cute. Sadly my little Coco passed away last week."
Awwww :(
Cheryl had remained tight lipped about her heartbreak while attending the Game4Grenfell event with Girls Aloud co-star, Nicola Roberts.

However, she’s famously fond of dogs, and so the news is bound to have affected her.
Reportedly, she and Ashley Cole even had their dogs, Coco and Buster, chauffeured between their houses following their divorce, in order to keep the peace.
In 2010, a source close to the pair told The Mirror: "The dogs mean the world to both Cheryl and Ashley.
"Cheryl, in particular, is attached to them and, in the place of children, would do anything for Buster and Coco. She doesn't want to lose them.”
Cheryl also shares two dogs with her current boyfriend, Liam Payne, including a huge hound called Watson and a dark brown Chihuahua, which they bought together in July.
Sharing an adorable picture of her new pup and Liam on Instagram, Cheryl joked: Our new family member… he is beyond cute.. the dog is adorable too.”
We hope she cheers up soon!
