Fans of Charlotte Crosby and Stephen Bear awoke to news that the couple had split after Charlotte posted a Tweet and emotional Snapchat video claiming their relationship was over.
However, mere hours later, the 26-year-old former Geordie Shore, star has backtracked, and claimed the whole thing was just a drunken misunderstanding.
Romance blossomed for Charlotte and Stephen began after the pair worked on the MTV show Just Tattoo Of Us together.
The pair went official in April, and things have certainly moved fast, and in July Charlotte revealed that the couple had already began picking out baby names during an appearance on This Morning.
Things seemed to be progressing well, so it was a bolt from the blue when Charlotte took to social media last night to announce that things were over.
In a now-deleted tweet, Charlotte said: "Guttered that me and Stephen had to separate but I tried my hardest and it obvs wasn't good enough."
She then took to Snapchat, where she posted an emotional video going into more detail as to why the relationship hadn’t worked.

Through her tears, she said: "I'm obviously really gutted and I love Stephen more than anything in the world, but I don't actually think I'm what Stephen wants right now so I can't carry on trying to fight through a relationship when someone else isn't really fighting as hard.
"Maybe my reasons aren't as validated as his things but I don't know why I'd get so upset about someone who doesn't care. I know you think you know my life but you don’t know the half of it because there's a lot of things that a lot of people just don't know.
"I love Stephen so much but when someone is so selfish to always put themselves first not even care about the little things that you ask them to do that are so important to you it just makes you question whether they care at all.
"I've been so upset today and I've been so upset for a little while and I wish I could tell yous why but I just don't think he cares as much as I do."
But now, in a total 360, Charlotte has claimed that the pair are, actually, still together!
In a new video, a remorseful – and hungover! – Charlotte, explained: ‘”So, I would like to explain and apologise for my behaviour last night.
“The top and bottom of it is I was a massive d*$k A massive drunken d$%k who decided to go on her Snapchat and every other social media to tell nearly six million people a load of s%$t.
“Obviously no relationship is perfect, you always have your ups and downs, but I just feel like I just did what any other girl does when they see red and I am sorry for that.
“Me and Stephen aren’t actually separated or finished. We just had a little bit of a row.”
To hammer the point home, Charlotte also posted a romantic picture montage of her and Stephen on Instagram with the caption: ‘Best friends ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ Too much love
