Geordie Shore star Charlotte Crosby has revealed all about her devastating ectopic pregnancy, her struggles with depression and her romance with Stephen Bear

It's been a year since Charlotte Crosby suffered a heartbreaking ectopic pregnancy with her ex-boyfriend Gary Beadle, who cheated on her whilst she was in hospital having life-saving surgery.

Since then, she has quite Geordie Shore - the show that made her famous, written a book and has even found love with fellow reality star and former womaniser Stephen Bear.

And speaking to Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield on This Morning earlier today, Charlotte was the picture of contentment.

But whilst she can now speak about her ectopic pregnancy without breaking down, emotions were running high.

She told them: "It was an awful thing to go through it. I was shooting a promo for Georgie Shore when I felt like I was being stabbed inside.

"It's the worst pain. I just thought it was a bad period but the blood was thin and watery. So I got help.

"When I first saw my scan, it was clouds of blood. I just thought, 'Am I going to have children?' I began speaking to a psychiatrist and it put everything in perspective. Speaking to someone who is professional, it's like you have all the right answers."

She added: "A lot of young girl have died because they don’t know the signs and symptoms of an ectopic pregnancy, so I became founder of The Ectopic Pregnancy Trust so I can let everyone knows what to look out for."

But Charlotte not only had to come to terms with the loss of a baby, the prospect of difficulties conceiving in the future and her cheating ex-boyfriend - she was also suffering from depression.

She said it "hit her out of nowhere", adding: "I kept it all bottled in. It's mental torture."

But thankfully, Charlotte was able to get help and is on the road to recovery - which she partly credited to writing her second autobiography: Brand New Me, the follow-up to her first, entitled Me Me Me.

She said: "It was a good way for me to get everything out. It's nice knowing that everyone knows the truth from your mouth."

She even confessed that her and boyfriend Stephen Bear, a former ladies' man, are thinking about babies together already - despite having only been together since earlier this year.

The 27-year-old said: "You can talk to him sensibly. He has a side you're not used to. He has the loveliest side. I don't want to be with anyone else ever again!

"I have already thought about kids name – like Bobby Bear. He wants Teddy Bear but it's too common!"
