The Big Brother star poured her heart out about her 'bad six weeks'
Chanelle Hayes has confessed that she's gained weight after falling off the bandwagon.
The reality star, who is currently on holiday with her sons Blakely, nine, and Frankie, one, revealed that she's gone up a dress size as a result of her eating habits over the past six weeks.
She posted a selfie on Instagram and explained that she's been absent from social media because she didn't want paparazzi to follow her around on holiday, "humiliating me with bad angles in a bikini".

Despite her confession, the 31-year-old mum admitted that she's "had such a lovely holiday and the boys have loved every minute of it".
Hundreds of her followers rushed to praise her for her honesty, with one person writing: "Weight is like life, it goes up and down but so what.. Your smiles beautiful and that's all that really matters! ❤️". [sic]
Someone else commented: "Memories are priceless. A couple of pounds can be lost again. 💕".
A third wrote: "Sure you'll get back on the wagon and kill it again. Still gorgeous anyway 😘".
Another added: "Don't beat yourself up, you're human, and you look great regardless xx".

Chanelle started this year sharing a 'motivational' picture after her two stone weight loss and sources told Closer magazine that pictures of her birthday last year spurred on her weight transformation.
They explained: "[Chanelle] admitted she couldn’t look at pictures of herself from her birthday last November, and it prompted her to take her weight loss more seriously.
"She was a size 18 and over 15st, and knew she had to change for her health’s sake. She’s been using pictures of herself from her modelling days as motivation. She’s keen to get her old body back."
