He has been establishing himself in the culinary world and last year earned his big break with the launch of his hot sauce. But Brooklyn Beckham has traded condiments for cars, after throwing himself into Formula E’s Evo Sessions to gain first-hand experience behind the wheel of the world's fastest electric race car.
Speaking about the experience to Closer, the oldest child of Victoria and David – who recently celebrated his 26th birthday – reveals how his wife, Nicola Peltz, responded to his high-speed pursuit.
‘She was a little bit worried,’ Brooklyn admits. ‘But then she saw me in my race outfit and she was like, “You should do this as a job. You look really good. You look really sexy.” So, I might be changing careers.’

The Cloud 23 founder has been based in the States since 2020 and lives in Los Angeles with American actress Nicola, 30, who he married in April 2022.
His youngest brother Cruz, 20, joined him in LA last year to pursue a music career, while their siblings Romeo, 22, and Harper, 13, remain in the UK with fashion mogul Victoria, 50, and footballing hero David, 49.

And now, Brooklyn discloses what a typical day in LA entails. ‘My four dogs wake me up at six. I feed them, I go to the gym, I do an ice bath. If I'm into a show, I watch it on a weekend if I'm not working. I just hang out with my wife and my dogs - sit by the fire and watch a movie or TV show,’ he says.
Brooklyn – who took seven attempts to pass his driving theory test – called the opportunity with Formula E an ‘amazing experience’ but admitted he spent day one fearful of crashing the car.
Luckily, his famous mum and dad had some words of wisdom for him before he took to the track.

He explains, ‘[Motorsports] are something that me and my dad have bonded over, over the years. He was really excited and said, “Be careful and have fun.” My mum was exactly the same.’
Brooklyn previously vowed to prove his critics wrong, after facing backlash for his decision to carve out a career in cooking. Now, he urges naysayers to try his hot sauce, ‘I want them to be honest, because I want to sell as many bottles as possible and start working on my next condiments.’
