The first Made in Chelsea baby is on its way and Binky is fit and ready for the arrival

If you're a fan of Made in Chelsea's Binky Felstead you'll know that before she fell pregnant, she regularly attended the gym (after all, she was named celeb gymspiration of the year). If you've only just started following her on social media you'll know just because she's expecting her first child that hasn't stopped her from hitting the gym. The yummy mummy who is currently pregnant with the first ever Made in Chelsea baby, has kept her 1.2 million followers up to date with her work out routine.

The reality star has now defended her decision to continue to exercise while pregnant and admitted it has helped her with her anxiety. During an interview with Sky News, she said: "As a first-time mum, you are aware that lots of people are anti-exercise while pregnant in case it does harm the baby but with the research you're just doing your body good and your baby good.

"It helps you with labour, it keeps me and my mind at ease."

She continued: "I suffer from anxiety so I feel so much better."

The 26-year-old mum also explained the different types of exercise she prefers to do while pregnant: "Swimming is really good and lots of stretching, obviously pelvic floor is very good."

Earlier this year, Binky and JP – aka Josh Patterson – surprised everyone when they revealed they're expecting their first child together. The couple who at the time were separate, announced their incredible news on social media.

Binky posted a photo on Instagram with the caption: " When you get the best surprise you never knew you always wanted ... There's a little 'buh' on the way."

Josh added: "I'm thrilled to announce the news is true, such an exciting chapter to our lives. What a year this will be."

The parents-to-be have since reunited but made it clear it was not because Binks fell pregnant.

The original Made in Chelsea star, told the Daily Mail: "We are beyond the boyfriend and girlfriend thing. A lot of people automatically thought that the baby could be a bad thing for our relationship, and that if we got together again it was just for the baby.

"But we have always loved each other. The love was never gone. When we broke up last year, it was only a couple of weeks before we found out about me being pregnant. And for me, those two weeks showed me that I've always missed him."

Aww.
