The 27-year-old said on her Instagram Story: "My first mummy meltdown just happened. I was doing the bins, which is supposed to be Josh's job, but he's typically gone to the gym.
"I heard the door slam behind me and I was locked out with no keys, no phone and no shoes. IIndia was in here on her own - luckily in her bouncer - so she was quite safe."
She continued: "I had to run to my mum's [house] as fast as I could to get the key. My feet are cut to pieces, everyone thought I looked like a mad woman."
She ended her story by saying, "So basically I'm no longer doing the bins ever again at night, without anyone else in the house. That is a good lesson learnt. Luckily all was ok."
Phew.
What a lot of stress.
Binky recently spent her first Christmas with her daughter and her boyfriend Josh 'JP' Patterson. She opened up to Closer Online on India's first Christmas and how Josh always spoils their little one.
N'aww.
