Amy Childs has revealed her bedtime routine with her Instagram followers
Mum-of-one Amy Childs has revealed that she only bathes her seven-month-old daughter Polly twice a week.
Opening up on social media, the former TOWIE star explained she only puts her daughter in the bath twice because she wants to prevent her from getting eczema.
In her Instagram video, she explains: "I only bathe Polly twice a week because the midwife did say to me, if you keep bathing them every day they could get eczema.
"I suffer from eczema and I don't really want Polly to have that."

The 27-year-old star went on to say: "I love getting her out of the bath and smothering her in loads of cream."
Amy who in the past has been criticized for weaning Polly, also explained her bedtime routine with her little one to her 500k followers.
"She has her food, she has a bath, she has a little bit of bottle and then she goes to sleep."

Lots of parents commented their bath time routine with some parents admitting they bathe their children every day. One person wrote: "Midwife told me the exact same, bathing every night as a baby is unnecessary and washes away the skins natural oils that protect it."
Someone else said: "Twice a week😳mine have always bathed every day and have beautiful skin👌🏻"
Another commented: "Wow I bath my girl every day maybe I’ll cut back to every second day as she does have eczema"
A fourth recalled: "Omg are you serious. I'm so glad you mentioned the eczema thing cos I used to bath my eldest every day after she was born and she now has such bad eczema. I didn't get told that bathing every day causes it."
One more added: "I Bath every other and have done since birth that's what the midwife recommended. Twice a week doesn't seem enough once they are one solids they need a good bath most days!"
While lots of people have different opinions on bathing babies, experts have warned that some parents could be making their babies ill from over-bathing them.
