It wasn't that long ago that** Coronation Street** viewers spotted Will Chatterton putting foil in a microwave and now viewers have noticed another big 'gaffe' as they took to Twitter to express their amazement at the mistake.
During Wednesday night's episode of the popular TV soap Anna Windass was seen calling an ambulance after Seb falls from a ladder, except she did something very unusual.
To viewers' amazement Anna didn't even look at her phone, or attempt to dial a number when she called the emergency services. She just reached into her bag and put her mobile straight to her ear.
Of course it wasn't long before many viewers took to social media.
It looks like the mobile 'gaffe' wasn't the only mistake in last night's episode, as another viewer noticed Seb's bucket and ladder also vanished during the episode. Replying to another's tweet, Jayne Falconer said, 'I noticed that. Seb's bucket and ladder vanished too 🤔'
However, it seems that there might be a good explanation for Anna's quick call to the emergency services as one viewer suggested on Twitter saying, 'I can call 999 with one swipe even if phone is locked.'
It was only last month that hundreds of viewers noticed Will Chatterton (played by Leon Ockenden) put a quiche in the microwave complete with the foil, which resulted in a lot of discussion on Twitter as to whether or not it was a microwave or perhaps a combination oven.
In September **Coronation Street **started showing a sixth weekly episode. The first of the new weekly episodes kicked off in spectacular style with a double wedding of Aidan and Eva, and Jenny and Johnny, in what Corrie bosses described as the 'most sensational stunt-filled weddings the cobbles have ever seen'.
Following the announcement of the extra episode the **Coronation Street **studios have been expanded to allow for more exterior filming. Viewers of the popular soap should expect to see the new 'wider Weatherfield' in spring next year.
Coronation Street continues with double episodes on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
