Although the former TOWIE star recently confessed that she worried 'something terrible would happen' if she didn't work out during the height of her anxiety.
"I used to feel like something terrible would happen if I didn’t work out and it used to really take over my life.
"I suffer with anxiety and I added to that by thinking I’d get anxious if I didn’t work out. It’s something I’ve only learned recently but the world isn’t going to end if I don’t go to the gym today," she told the Daily Star.
