We're not going to lie we LOVE Amazon.

You can quite literally buy anything off there which is why we often spend hours browsing through the best beauty gadgets, Levi's jeans and of course the best jewellery under £40.

Yup, £40.

Well now that we're spending more time at home it's left us buying, err, odd stuff shall we say?

We all seem to have a lot of time that we previously spent on the tube, in the office or doing errands but now we've managed to actually find time for hobbies, organising our homes and reading.

So the Closer Team have decided to round up everything we've bought and/or are planning on buying this month from Amazon because do you know what? We deserve to treat ourselves.

All the weird and wonderful things to buy from Amazon this month

10 Pcs Magic Hangers Closet Space Saving Multifunction Wardrobe Clothing Hanger OragnizerAmazon

Rrp: £19.99

Price: £13.99

Chosen by digital writer Eden-Olivia Lord: "I have too many clothes for my wardrobe, but I honestly think this is the answer to all my prayers. I'm seriously in need of hangers that will help make more use of my storage space without me having to buy another wardrobe etc."

Chosen by managing editor Georgina Terry: "Have your bras become a little tight in lockdown? Maybe it's pregnancy, maybe it's because your crisis craving was crisps over crunches (we hear you), maybe they shrank in the wash. Whatever the reason, instead of shelling out on new bras, invest in some very reasonably priced bra extenders to, err, extend the life of your boulder holders. Heck, that's probably good for the environment too, right?"

Metaltex Portofino 5 Line Pull Out Airer
Price: £67.76

Chosen by audience development exec Louella Berryman: "OK, hands up, I didn't actually buy this one, but I did see it change the life of my flatmate. If you've got no outside space but an insatiable desire to wash all your clothes once every two weeks (ahem), leaving all surfaces in your house covered with socks and t-shirts, this extendable indoor washing line will be your saviour."

BILSELL Detachable Phone Holder for BicycleAmazon
Price: £6.99

Chosen by editorial assistant Daisy Hall: "Now that using public transport is a bit of a risk I've turned to my bike a lot more, but due to my awful sense of direction, I kept having to pull over to check Google Maps. This gadget has been really useful it making it look like I know what I'm doing."

Chosen by head of content Amy Cooper: "As soon as summer rolls around, I realise the blinds in my bedroom are, well, absolutely pathetic. Enter: these stick on black out blinds purchased in an exhausted rage. They're the easiest way for a renter to get an effective blind AND a decent night of shut eye in."

Chosen by shopping editor Aimee Jakes: "After arm fatigue from too many Zoom quizzes and a boyfriend who refuses to be my personal photographer, this ring light selfie tripod has been my absolute saviour during lockdown and beyond. It has three different light settings and is nice and sturdy to hold your phone in place. It even comes with a remote control clicker so you can take the perfect selfie from a distance. I am unashamedly obsessed. If you have a side hustle in TikTok or simply need to somewhere to prop your phone during FaceTime, this is GLORIOUS."

Chosen by commercial content editor Sophie Knight: "A spiritual book with f-ck in the title? Straight into my basket, thanks. This is a new look at spirituality which decodes all those things we place so much meaning in - money, love, jobs - and literally tells you to f-ck it. It's really made me think about things in a completely different light (especially during lockdown…)"

Chosen by digital writer Eden-Olivia Lord: "I absolutely love a face mask but there's something even more therapeutic about peel it off when you're finish, which is why this is going in my basket ASAP."

Chosen by digital commercial writer Lily Anderson: "Do you think you've seen it all? Well, you've not seen this… You can gift someone a box of nothingness just because you feel like it. People are absolutely lapping it up, with one reviewer even saying, "After my mum said she got nothing for her birthday, I bought her this." We totally know someone who needs this."

Chosen by digital commercial writer Lily Anderson: "Who knew that baguette pillows were a thing? But we're obsessed. Not only is there not a crumb in sight, but it's also the perfect napping companion - win, win."

Things to do now lockdown is easing...

  1. Go out for a socially distanced picnic in the park with friends. Groups of up to six people can meet up while keeping at a distance, so why not have drinks with friends?
  1. Head out for brunch. We wasn't sure when we'd see the day but restaurants and pubs have finally reopened although there's plenty of restrictions so things might seem a little different.
  1. Live your best life shopping. OK, so the shops have reopened, and you may need to queue or wait for someone to leave the shop before you can go in, but at least you can window shop or actually splurge and spend your paycheck on clothes.
  1. Go out for a jog. We know, we know, we've been able to do this since lockdown began, but heading out for a walk, run, or jog is a great way to keep fit and clear your mind.
  1. Stay indoors and workout, do puzzles, watch Disney+, eat, binge watch your favourite Netflix show - you name it.
