As former TOWIE star Lauren Pope prepares for her due date, she has been giving us maternity style inspiration and stretch mark tips galore.
The 37-year-old, who recently announced she's expecting a baby girl, shared a video with fans showing all the bits she's packing in her hospital bag.
In the 12 minute video she details ALL the products she will be taking with her. A god-send for new mums out there.
“I finally got round to packing my hospital bag so here is everything I’m taking," Pope shared with her 1.2 million fans.
“I have probably overpacked but I would just rather have everything I want & not have to worry! I’ll update you once I’ve given birth as to what I did or didn’t need!”
From newborn must-haves to maternity pads, Lauren has packed like a trooper and shared all the details of where you can buy the same items. Another thing less to worry about, eh?

Lauren had previously spoken out about her decision to leave the ITVBe show.
The DJ and business woman said: “I’ve kind of made amends with some of them but our friendships aren't how they were before; I think this last year has opened my eyes a lot to TOWIE friendships.
“I’m used to people who have very normal with sane personalities, not one day they're your friend and the next they're not, it was kind of a shock to get that kind of treatment on TOWIE.”
Lauren now wants to focus her efforts on her hair extension brand Hair Rehab London, a favourite of the UK’s biggest girl band, Little Mix.
“It was one of the main reasons why I made the final decision to leave the show because I wasn't able to put 100 per cent into that so now I can.”
