Hold on to your (virtual) shopping baskets, because Amazon Prime Day is finally almost here.

Amazon Prime Day is back in its summer slot. Amazon has now confirmed that Prime Day will kick off on Monday 21 June, ending at midnight on Tuesday 22 June.

What is Amazon Prime Day?

For savvy shoppers and bargain hunters, Prime Day is a brilliant opportunity to bag some big discounts on thousands of items. We're talking clothing, electronics, beauty supplies, home products and more.

You'll need to be a Prime member to take part, so don't forget to sign up or take advantage of the free 30-day trial.

As well as access to this fantastic event, you get free next-day delivery on loads of items, plus so much more – Prime Video, Prime Reading, Amazon Family, to name just a few.

We'll be listing all the best Amazon Prime Day deals when the time comes, but we also thought we'd let you in on a little secret - you can get £10 off ready for Prime Day, if you know where to find it.

As if Prime Day isn't already enough, Amazon are treating us to some 'free' money to spend during Prime Day.

What is this deal, do I hear you ask?

Well, we all know it's been a challenging year for everyone including small businesses. Starting from 7 June until 20 June, Amazon will give any Prime members £10 credit to use on Prime Day, if they spend £10 or more on items sold by select UK small businesses in Amazon's store, including Amazon Handmade andAmazon products Launchpad.

All you need to do is make sure you're signed up to Amazon Prime, and then spend £10 on items sold by a select number of UK businesses in Amazon's store, which you can find here. So not only will you be supporting a small business, but you'll be rewarded, too.
