The NARS Cosmetics Radiant Creamy Concealer has gone viral for its, quite frankly, amazing concealing abilities, promising a high-pigment formula that offers full coverage, a radiant glow, and a long-lasting finish. But it's not cheap. A splurge-worthy pick at £27, I had to put it to the test to decide whether it really was worth its price tag.
Confession: My concealer is now more expensive than my everyday foundation. But it completely changed the game for me and now I can't go a morning without applying it.
It’s a product that truly lives up to the hype. The bestseller does exactly what it says on the tin: gives a luminous finish with an ultra-creamy texture that melts right into the skin. All thanks to its clever light-diffusing formula, it smooths, brightens, and blurs imperfections for up to 16 hours. Whether you're tackling hyperpigmentation, age spots, blemishes, discolouration, or dark circles, it works its magic with minimal effort.

The NARS Radiant Creamy Concealer formula
This luminous concealer is medium to full coverage, infused with skincare ingredients, is meant to be crease-free, and is designed to last up to a whopping 16 hours without fading. The formula boasts a radiant finish with light-diffusing properties, perfect for illuminating the skin and concealing any unwanted imperfections. Oh - and you can shop it in 30 different shades and in travel size (a good shout if you're trying it out for the first time).
The highly pigmented formula effortlessly covers dark circles and acne, and despite its full coverage, it never looks cakey or flat. The shade Cannelle perfectly disappears into my skin, and it stays put all day long.
My honest review of the Nars Radiant Creamy Concealer
While some reviews point out its thick, sometimes heavy feel if you apply too much, I swear by its creamy, fresh finish. And having tested it with my editor too, she found it sat well on oily-skin, too. It’s just as effective when you’re in a rush as it is when you’ve got time to let it sit for a bit, allowing it to warm up on the skin before blending. The finish is truly what seals the deal, providing a glowy, full-coverage result.
The concealer leaves my skin looking smooth, natural, and airbrushed. Although it can crease slightly (despite its crease-free claims) if over-applied, I’ve found that using a minimal amount under my eyes works wonders, and you don’t need a lot of product to effectively conceal dark circles.

I love that it provides medium-to-full coverage, but it doesn't look or feel like I have much on. Although the Nars Radiant Creamy Concealer claims to last for 16 hours, I don’t typically wear my makeup that long. However, I can attest that it holds up for at least 10 to 12 hours without caking or separating. When I use this, I don't have to worry about touching up my makeup, which is a huge perk since I'm often running between events or shoots and don’t always have time to refresh.
The bottom line: Is the Nars Radiant Creamy Concealer worth it?
One word: Absolutely. The colour-correcting properties are a game changer, reducing the number of products I need for my morning routine. I also love the hydrating ingredients that give it that silky, smooth texture. Not to mention, my eyes looked bright and refreshed for hours - what more could you ask for?
