Since Molly-Mae graced our screens on Love Island, the "Molly-Mae Effect" has been in full swing. It feels like anything she mentions just flies off the shelves, whether it's her favourite lash and brow serum or the vitamins she swears by. If you’ve ever caught yourself wondering what perfume does Molly Mae use, don’t worry, we’ve got you.
Right now, TikTok is claiming Molly-Mae uses the super affordable £29.99 Arabiyat Prestige Nyla fragrance and while, don't get us wrong, we'd love to believe it, it's simply not the case. The clips of her raving about her scent are actually about the Parfums de Marly Delina Exclusif Parfum which her makeup artist introduced her to back in 2021. Costing £150+, it's not as cheap and cheerful as we'd have hoped.
That being said, recently Molly-Mae spoke to British Vogue giving a tour of her Bottega Veneta Bag, and the fragrance she actually currently loves is Memree Late August, £95. Belonging to close influencer friend Tayla-Blue, the perfume officially launched in 2024 and has been a bestseller since.
Speaking in the video, Molly-Mae said, "The one I'm currently wearing is from a brand called Memree and it's in the scent 'Late August'. This is actually my best friend's perfume brand. I'm super proud of her because this perfume is probably the best thing I've ever smelled. It's just unbelievable. It's like the most fresh, clean, everyday scent. It's just heaven."
But if you want the same fresh scent for less, fans have recommended the Elizabeth Arden White Tea Eau de Toilette Spray that's currently less than £25 on Amazon. It has similar notes of amber, musk and florals at a much more affordable price point. So, if you’re looking to smell like her and achieve that 'clean girl scent' without breaking the bank, it’s your lucky day.
