Lucy Mecklenburgh reveals her favourite everyday nude lip gloss and it’s £5.20

Lucy Mecklenburgh shot to fame as a TOWIE OG and is now better known for her fitness tips, enviable style and sharing her parenting journey, since giving birth to son Roman and daughter Lilah Rae.

The star recently brought out her very own clothing collection with Very which featured stylish fits for women and children. The stand-out? A glorious gingham midi (that is very conveniently now on sale!)

Stunning fashion fits aside, Lucy always has that glowy, beachy make-up thing going on and luckily for us, the 31-year-old has revealed her everyday nude lip gloss which would get you plenty of change back from a tenner.

Lucy recently share her beauty favourites with her 1.7 Instagram followers and wrote on Stories, "My fav butter lipgloss. I wear shade 'Creme Brulee'."

The star also exclusively shared her everyday routine with Closer and explains how she's navigating through motherhood and the pandemic whilst trying to remain sane...

7 am: I’m up about 7am as that’s when my nine- month-old son, Roman, wakes up. We go downstairs, and I’ll start his breakfast. Eggy bread, avocado on toast and porridge are his favourites.

8 am: Ryan [Thomas, her fiancé] went through a phase of making me breakfast on a tray with a flower. He still makes me breakfast sometimes, but the flower has disappeared! I normally have avocado on toast, or Roman’s leftovers – the classic mum breakfast!

9 am: Since lockdown, and becoming a mum, I’ve taken pleasure in the small things, like a long, hot shower. I’ve indulged more in products, too, like Herbal Essences Argan Oil hair mask, which I use after the Herbal Essences Aloe + Avocado Shampoo. It really nourishes my hair – plus it smells amazing!

10 am: After my shower, I apply a little bit of make-up. I keep it simple with a dab of Nip & Fab Foundation, Becca Concealer and my favourite Lancôme mascara. I swear by Lansinoh Nipple Balm, too – which I reapply to my lips through the day. Typically, I’ll pop on a matching tracksuit from Next.

1 pm: At lunchtime, I feed Roman first and then I make me and Ryan something quick and healthy, like chicken lettuce tacos or a chicken buddha bowl [salad, veg and rice with chicken].

2.30 pm: After lunch, I do a workout. I’ll slip into my H&M sports leggings and sports top and do HIIT [high-intensity interval training] or a Pilates workout. I aim to do three 20-minute workouts a week. It’s good to remember nott o put pressure on yourself. Doing the washing, pushing the pram and walking all add up, too!

3 pm: We bought Roman a soft play activity centre and musical toys for Christmas, so he’ll play with those while I get on with chores.

4 pm: I love to get some fresh air, so we go to feed the ducks after Roman’s nap. It’s been hard not being able to show him off to family and friends. Hopefully, 2021 will be more sociable. I hate New Year’s Resolutions, they’re too much pressure!

6 pm: Now that we’re parents, we have dinner earlier, which suits us as we’re both so tired. Ryan and I love a king prawn linguine and a large glass of red wine.

7 pm: We put Roman to bed at 7 pm and spend the evening watching TV or Netflix. We just finished The Undoing and loved it!

9 pm: Before bed, I take off my make-up using micellar water followed by Liz Earle Hot Cloth Cleanser. Then I apply Elemis Marine Night Cream. I make an effort with my skincare to keep my complexion healthy.

10 pm: I head to bed around 10 pm. I’ll be dreaming of a better year, making lots of lovely memories with Roman and hopefully going on holiday soon, maybe Barbados!
